Please email us at doc (at) holisticdermatology.com at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

You will be charged $100 for a missed appointment if you do not give us 48 hours prior notice. We do not see patients without agreement to this policy. By making an appointment with us, you agree to this policy.
